Beacon is no longer posting on X

After careful reflection on our mission, values, and the needs of those we serve, we have decided to discontinue our presence on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Beacon’s four guiding values are: Ethical, Expert, Personal and Compassionate. We operate with honesty, integrity and transparency; pride ourselves on providing expert and accurate information; and keep the individual at the centre of everything we do.
While social media is an important tool for us, helping us to reach new users and to reach users where they are, it is our belief that X does not now uphold these principles for everyone.
To focus our efforts where they can do the most good, we are strengthening engagement in forums where people seeking NHS Continuing Healthcare support can find reliable information. These platforms include our website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. X users will still be able to access and share our past content, however we would prefer people to access our information via platforms which we know to be accurate and safe.
We remain fully committed to serving our users and will continue to share updates, resources, and support through the above channels. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our mission to improve CHC and CHC access, for everyone.
