“I love summer, and the moment I saw this house, I thought, ‘This will be my first home.’ As soon as I walked in and saw the view, I knew this was it,” Minho shared during the broadcast.

Adding even more value to the property is its previous owner — none other than acclaimed actor Ha Jung Woo.
The veteran actor reportedly lived in the apartment for a decade, from 2013 to 2023, before selling it to Minho in May 2023.
The ownership officially transferred in August 2023, according to real estate records.
Ha Jung Woo is well known for his savvy investments in Seoul real estate, owning multiple commercial properties across Sokcho, Jongno, Songpa, and Seodaemun districts.
His former home’s connection to two high-profile celebrities only enhances the luxury complex’s prestige.
Interestingly, Minho and Ha Jung Woo first met on the TVING original variety show ‘Bros on Foot’ in 2023.
