Kawaiinium also revealed that the Steam version will offer a patch “that restores scenes and expressions closer to the original release.” Kawaiinium will reveal details about the patch and how to install it on its official website.

Kawaiinium describes the game:

Winning a hot springs vacation in a shopping district lottery should’ve been a joyous occasion…
but in retrospect, it became the quiet start to what would be the most eventful, life-changing
summer of Yuri Mito’s life.

As the chaos with the Tayutai finally calms down, Yuri prepares to spend his final summer
vacation as a student at Sohsei Academy. Just when things start to settle, he rediscovers the
long-forgotten vacation voucher.

This is a tale that begins after the main story—an epilogue, or perhaps a side story that “could
have happened” somewhere along the way. A romantic, heartwarming fan disc that celebrates
the unbreakable soul-bond between lovers.

Lump of Sugar originally developed the game and released it for PC in May 2009.

Kawaiinium and Frontier Works released an HD remaster of Lump of Sugar‘s Tayutama – Kiss on My Deity visual novel on March 26. The remastered game is also available for the Nintendo Switch.

The game’s new version is an all-ages version that is partially remastered in HD. Kawaiinium has since released an R18 patch for the game via its official website. The game’s remaster is supervised by Lump of Sugar.

Lump of Sugar originally released Tayutama – Kiss on My Deity as a PC game in July 2008. The game inspired a 12-episode television anime adaptation in 2009.

Frontier Works‘ new Kawaiinium game brand aims to deliver a wide range of new and classic bishōjo-themed content to audiences worldwide, with English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese localizations.
